Community Rules – Serena Garden

1) Swimming Pool Rules

• Shower before swimming
• Swimwear required
• No glass in or around the pool
• No food in the pool area
• No alcohol or drugs in the pool
• Smoking ban around the swimming pool
• No jumping, diving, or rough play
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Babies must wear swim diapers
• Opening hours: 08:00 – 22:00

2) Communal Areas

• Keep paths and walkways clear
• Do not leave personal belongings unattended
• Respect the plants and green areas
• No pets in the pool or grass areas
• Dispose of waste in the designated bins

3) Noise & Quiet Hours

• Respect the peace of other residents
• No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00
• Keep music at a low volume

4) Parking & Traffic

• Park only in designated spaces
• Keep emergency access clear
• Drive slowly within the residence

5) Safety

• Close gates properly
• Report damage or dangerous situations
• No barbecues or open flames

6) Respectful Conduct

• Treat neighbours with respect
• Follow instructions from the community representative
• Resolve conflicts calmly
